'Your ai' is a company focused on the commercialisation of artificial intelligence and seamlessly introducing it into daily use for less tech savvy audiences. Our mission is to help save office workers time by automating menial and repetitive tasks that distract them from the core responsibilities of their jobs. We want them to be able to focus on engaging and creative problem solving tasks as much as possible.

We are a recently founded start up with significant groundwork laid out, however due to extremely strong customer demand we wish to bring forward our launch date by having 2 more coders join our existing team of 2. We're looking for people passionate about the application of artificial intelligence, and who have the vision and patience to see how it can one day completely transform the way we work.

We are looking for candidates who are extremely enthusiastic about the possible applications of artificial intelligence and are willing to bring their own ideas and challenge the team on how things are done. Extensive experience is not required, as we are happy for you to learn on the job. However, React and Python skills are a must, while familiarity with Flask and GPT-3 are looked upon favourably.

Nobody at the start up is currently paid and so the Full Stack Engineer positions are both unpaid. However, they will become paid as soon as we launch, which is anticipated within a few short weeks. In the meantime, you will be rewarded with equity in the company for the enthusiasm and ambition that you can bring to the team.

Pre-launch we expect candidates to commit to 16 hours of work per week in return for equity. These 16 hours can be spread out across the week in order to fit your existing schedule. Immediately post-launch we are looking to have candidates work 2-3 full days per week between 9am and 5pm for $35 per hour.
